“Baan Lek Villa” is named after our mother, “Teacher Lek”. It took time and effort to create this warm and meaningful house. After spending time gathering experience in architectural practice, I started to feel homesick. I missed our hometown and the comfort of our own house. It was during this time that my husband and I came up with the idea to build a house that would not only be a place we could come back more often, but also a space that others could enjoy when we were away. We want to create a house with a unique design, close-to-nature ambience, and atmosphere that would be welcoming to all.

Without exaggerating staying at Baan Lek Villa was by far my best hospitality experience in 26 years of visiting Thailand again and again. The super kind family who developed, own and run this place genuinely care about their guests. It truly felt like a home coming. I can’t recommend this place highly enough if it was just for the experience of genuine hospitality. But then there’s also the amazing architecture and design to consider! Which combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design in a super well done and high quality manner. Their coffeehouse attached serves delicious delights. Thank you so much for making me feel truly welcome!

Wonderfull place, staff are super nice, it’s like a peaceful place with friendly people, it’s not about money but just welcoming love that ! even if we love everyone special mention to Yok and Wee !! Many thanks
